Nickel Powder

InquiryData sheet

Introduction:

Nickel powder can be divided into electrolytic nickel powder, reduced nickel powder and atomized nickel powder.
There are widely use in different area. The electrolytic nickel powder and reduced nickel powder are main materials for Powder metallurgy. These powders are widely used in synthetic diamond tools, cemented carbide, electrometallurgy, machinery, energy and other industrial sectors. The Atomized nickel powder is irregular shape, which mainly used in high specific gravity alloys, diamond diamonds, special welding rods, surface coating and powder metallurgy parts.
AEM spherical nickel powder is controlled by its particle size and apparent density range. The combination of fine particle size, dendritic surface, high purity and unique shape have spurred a long list of applications including high purity magnetic alloys, silver-nickel electrical contacts, welding electrodes, anti-seize lubricants, friction components, nickel catalysts, roll compacted strip and organo-nickel compounds.

AEM high purity filamentary powder that has been screened to remove large or agglomerated particles. It is used in conductive coatings, adhesives and gaskets. Filamentary powder excellent corrosion resistance, good conductive properties and unique filamentary shape make it very effective in radio frequency and electromagnetic shielding coatings. Small amounts added to coil coatings enhance weld ability.

Nickel Metal powder:

Nickel metal powder is hard to dissolve in sulphuric acid but easily it dissolves in nitric acid. Nickel powder is used as a catalyst in numerous chemical reactions, welding, powder metallurgy and in magnets manufacturing.

Nickel Alloy Powder:

Nickel alloy powder is good sphericity, fluidity, low melting point, good wettability, strong oxidation, corrosion resistance and good wear resistance. It can be used in manufacturing of powder metallurgy products such as powder metallurgy parts and nickel-containing strips. High hardness nickel-chromium-boron alloy powder is widely used in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant alloy powder. Nickel-chromium alloy powder has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, the coating can work at less than 980 degrees. The coating has good toughness and good machinability. It is suitable for all spray processes and equipments, which is mainly for the protection coating of steel and low alloy parts under high temperature conditions, or as the binder phase of carbide coating.
